The Pulsar 400w MH & Hps MIni System

hey, i wanted an opinion on this light....it looks just about like what i want, perfect dimensions for my space, but i am a little skeptical about the two way switchable ballast and also the fact that the ballast and reflector are one self-contained unit.... I need a light for my flowering area and i am wondering wheter this self-contained 400w light is what i should go with or wheter i should just purchase a 6 bulb t5 unit? Plus i think that all sunleaves ballasts come with a 5 yr warranty so that is nice :)

or if not the sunleaves system maybe a different brand but all i really want is some feedback on the self-contained ballast type lighting units. Does anyone have any experience with them?

Looks good and reasonably priced for a switchable system.
I dont have one so i cant give any advice on it.
One thing i did notice is that they don't state if it comes with a bulb or not at that price?
