Thats not his question, hes wondering if they will be photo or auto. The offspring from an auto self-pollinating should be auto fem seed I believe. @bf80255 knows better than me lets ask him
If you sprayed an auto and let it pollinate itself, what sort of seeds is it going to produce with regards to the original seed you started with and the plant that came from it??
I believe every grower should make there own seed, thats how it used to be before the modern age and our factory/monoculture mentality toward agricultureSo these cups have given me an idea... I would love to start doing some of my own seed making but on a way small scale since I don't have the room or time to do the awesomeness that @HighLowGrow @bf80255 do.
Would it be worth throwing down 5-10 beans in these tiny cups and putting them to seed?? I just want to get an idea of what crossing and breeding is like. It's sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo freakin interesting!!!
it depends whether or not the selfed plant is homozygous for most genes expressed or heterozygous, which you wont know unless someone has already progeny tested it or you progeny test the seeds it produces yourselfWas more a will they resemble the plant they came from or will I be opening it up to all sorts of variations lol I assumed they would-be auto just didn't know what sort if stability they would have as far as producing the same plant
Thanks
Yeah, its just a cotton rope and its trying to keep up.is she drinking through the wick?

thats great to hear. how would you improve it if you could? im about to start a red cup auto grow on another forum...whenever customs lets my beans through, lol
If you're doing regular 16oz solo cups, you should be fine hand watering. These cups are 1/8 the size.
I have a crazy idea I want to try that came to me by looking at one of those plastic tripod things some pizza places use so the box doesn't squish. Details are confidential.![]()
