Getting back to the original post- I don't understand the thing about possessing a scale. I'm in CA and the law says you are allowed 8oz. Processed. How in the world are you supposed to know the weight of your processed cannabis without a scale? Makes no sense. Also I have yet to find any definitive answer to what is considered a mature plant and what is considered immature? I have different strains at different maturity levels. I have pure Indica strains that have been flowering for about 3 weeks and also some Sativa Dom. Strains that haven't started to even preflower yet. These laws are written too loosely. Too much open for individual interpretation. I guess it gives the police more leeway to twist things around to their benefit.

In the "Bible Belt Deep South states" (Alabama and Tennessee, in particular), I know that the District Attorney will stop at NO REASONABLE BOUNDARY to ABSOLUTELY NAIL people to the wall for simple MJ possession...and they will try to CRUCIFY anyone caught growing MJ...
My sister is a lawyer who has a bunch of lawyer friends who deal with clients arrested for MJ violations...so I have some inside information and insight on this topic...
When cops find a grow operation (no matter how small), they will search the entire property for ANYTHING that could be somehow contorted into "evidence" of trafficking...this includes scales, plastic baggies, and guns...no matter where these things are found...in the kitchen or wherever...they will stop at NOTHING to screw you...

Thought you were talking about 12. In 08 it was a very successful "I"m not Bush, He is" campaign. Most of us were tired of wars and Bush, and the message sounded pretty good, even won a Nobel. Gonna stop wars, bring peace, stop the rising of the tides (thought he was talking about global warming, but he meant the economy), repeal the Patriot Act, work across the aisle and many other things we all wanted to hear.

I'm terrible sorry that your reading comprehension skills are lacking. Please reread my post and do tell where I stated "those people ALL living within this boundary line are bigoted". You won't and you can't. MY statement is that the south has SOME of the most uneducated, bigoted, and racist people in this nation. Now are you saying there is another region of our nation that is more uneducated, racist , or bigoted then in the south ??? If so do tell me where. I spent 22 years in the service, in which I had the opportunity to live in every region of the United States ( including Hawaii and Alaska) I can tell you now that the south is still the most uneducated, bigoted, and racist. Please notice that I never said ALL the people in the south, but it sure is more then any other region.
Now I don't judge everyone who lives in the south as being uneducated, bigoted, or racist... because not everyone is. I usually let them show me who and what they are. I ask you again, what region of this great nation is more uneducated, bigoted, or racist then the south ??

What happens when someone from Detroit or Chicago moves to THE SOUTH? are we suddenly stupid and racist? What if someone from THE SOUTH moves to Massachusetts? Are they suddenly less racist and smarter? careful answering that last one when poll after poll shows Boston as the most racist large city.
What are the boundary lines that would make one less stupid? I mean if it means having my child in the hospital the next county over so they'll be smarter I'll certainly do it.

Did you read the huffpo article about school scores and see GA had the highest in history and that 6 of the top 10 in scores were southern states? Did you see where the south has more interracial relationships than anywhere but California? No, otherwise you would stop posting your bigoted thoughts in the face of facts. You might sulk and say THOSE SCORES ARE WRONG!! THOSE PEOPLE ARE STUPID AND RACIST, but most likely you would keep your bigotry hidden.

Answer me this?? We have fifty states in this great nation. Do tell me which states are the poorest and least educated. Now how many of those poor uneducated states are in the south? I bet you more then five of your southern states fall in the bottom 10.

my huffpost stats showed you who the bottom 10 states were and it was about half south, not great but they also had half the top 10. No denying there are some honey boo boo loving fuckers down south, stereotypes are based on something, but it's a small minority. You act as though everyone is that way. I'll give you a hint, not everyone in the south is Duck Dynasty or Honey Boo Boo or Earl. If you really want to see a perfect example of the stereotype watch The Wonderful World of the Whites about a family in WV. You'd like it, it will reaffirm your view that everyone in the south is like that. Just like it's true that every gay man is like "Just Jack".
The other huffpo article showed that other than California, interracial relationships (counting more than just marriage) in the south outnumber all other geographic regions. If you thought about it, you would have used the argument that it's because there is a higher minority population so the odds are higher there will be mixes. You missed that one. You chose to go the nut uh route instead. Must be so you could hold your bigoted views instead of admitting how wrong you were.

I'm not defending the flag because I was never a part of it and if it's done out of racial pride and slavery I'm offended by it. Interracial Dating.com's list is what that story is about, which is solely based on the membership of the people who join. Try using a source that at least uses the census to determine some count of marriage. I guarantee it will give you a better outlook of who is marrying whom and where. My link does just that
