I defiantly saw an increase of growth from them. I use the 3gal for my autos.Their like.. The Corvette Of Flower PotsThinking of using these:- for my next batch of Autos!Anyone have Exxxxxxperience with these?

Yeah, I LIVE by those things.
Smart pots aerate the root system, and prevent root circling. (Rootbound)
SERIOUSLY, I cannot praise these enough, I INSTANTLY saw yield increases. Not to mention when you pull your root ball out at the end, no joke, it is just one big thick mass.
Go for it, the aren't even that expensive. Transplanting FROM them can be odd, so generally I used them as my last pot.

Great bucket video... and ya those Smart pots are very good to use. I used 3 gallon ones on my indoor grow and love how they drain and keep my roots happy.
careful though as they will leak from the sides when watering.

Yes, i think they are wonderful except i have a tendency to overfill them a bit because the seven gall and five gall seem short. Then the darn water pours out the side onto the groundThinking of using these:

smart pots ftw. squat pots are even better but im not sure if they sell them in 3 gallon.

I water each plant extremely slow over a 3-5 minute period. It cuts down on how much goes through the sides, and at the same time I feel the root system receives more of the water/nutes when the water is poured slowly. With regular pots you don't have to worry about dry spots as much, but with these smart pots, watering fast can cause them because of the water that can "irrigate" itself out the side of the pot.

agreed^ before anything goes in those pots i soak the shit out of them 2-3 times to avoid any dry spots.

Pre soak and slow watering will help ensure no dry spot. Ya because they are short the tendency is to over fill with soil and therefore it could get messy with a "fast " watering. IMO

NO I presoak the smart pots before I use them... kinda like rinsing rice before you cook it.. or some shit like that, lol.

Those guys at the garden store always give me the wrong info. I was loading my groceries in the fridge and i saw that two ladybugs had escaped. They werent sleeping like the guy said they would be! One was crawling up the side of the yoghurt, and the other one was trying to open a beer by the looks of things. So i took their sluggish asses outside and threw them on the grass. Then i put somthing heavier on the bag so they cant get out
