So i've been getting mixed info from a few websites, is misting a helpful requirement for better growth or do alot of you growers just stick to only watering?

also, how much do you think this will affect the RH of veg/flower closet grow rooms? (im not to that stage yet, but its coming up)

it is very good to mis the plants when the LIGHTS ARE OFF because the plants need humidty the reason you dont want to do it in the light is because the light would magnify thw water and burn holes in the leaves you do want to stop misting though when your plant is in the flowering stage

I would mist with Green Serene, it is full of kelp. I do this once a week just before light on (t-5s/veg) also another good one is Diamond Necter.

mist several times a day. never had a problem. always seemed to help it a great deal. mist to water is like 8:1

I mist my vegging girls at least once a day sometimes more ( never had a problem with them burning from it ). My flowering girls I mist lightly when lights come on so they don't stay wet too long. Heck it rains on outdoor buds. I've never had a problem with moldy buds either. Misting will help keep the leaves from getting dusty.
