MJ Paraphenalia invention

I've got an idea for something. It's a new, cheap, easy to produce: Marijuana item. I was wondering what I would do to try to to get this idea somewhere. What website, or anything can I go to, to present this to a company that sells pipes and bongs and stuff.

If anyone is interested in investing I'd like to talk about it after signing something to keep the idea between you and me. But any help would still be appreciated.

This is for real. And so is the Google thing. You can make money on Blogger.com with the aid of Google. And I have a bad ass idea that could (could, not will) eventually be as common as a bong with the lack of competition and its simplicity and what it does that nothing else does.

I really did think something up, that isn't on the shelves.

Probably just not on shelves near you.

I've lived in 3 states this year. 2 of them green states. They don't sell this, and I've never heard of it. So even if it isn't brand new, it's probably different and I'd bet cheaper than any similar product out there on the internet. And simpler to use.
