Finally? These days? Try the '70s. That's when I was in grammar school, and we were taught the metric system in the 3rd grade alongside division and fractions. I'm also quite willing to bet that they taught metric measurements a tad before that decade. :roll:

And counting drops is more accurate than using something designed specifically for measuring? Interesting. What if your dropper puts out drops slightly larger or smaller than mine does?

This guy has been entertaining, but I wouldn't pay to see him at the Improv. :lol:
