MMMM Doughnuts

Hey guys new to the forum and to growing and this will be my first attempt. I was recently gave a cabinet by a national doughnut chain. It was a dispay stand for doughnuts you would see in a convienence store. The inside dimensions are 30 in. wide x 32 in. deep x 45 in. tall. When I first seen it it looked perfect for my needs. It came with a piece of white plexiglass in front of the t8's which i have already removed. There is also a vent in the top and a smaller t8 that was mounted but i removed it, planning on putting it on one side. Since this is my first grow im going to try a mixture of t8's and cfls maybe upgrade to small hps later. My thought is to split it down the middle with a divider and then put a shelf 2/3rds of the way up on one of the halves. This way I have a 3 stage system ( clone, veg, flower). From all my research i think im going to go with super soil for simplicity and would like to maybe grow vortex. The strain seems solid and has the effects im looking for.

The next set of pictures was just an idea i had for ventilation and to remove some heat. It is an old overhead projector that I modified. I traced the wires down and cut out the socket for the bulb, then ran the wires direct to the fan. Now I have a small computer size fan with a switch. Hey and also turned upside down it looks like a hood.

I probably wont be able to pop my beans til spring, gotta make it through the holidays. I just wanted to make this post 20151128_193720.jpg 20151128_193720.jpg and get some feedback if you think im off to a good start.
Thanks for your time if you have read through this all. Any help or suggestions is always welcome I know I have alot to learn.

Sounds like a nice little winter time project. I hope you're handy and have a dremmel tool!!

Yeah I've always been into woodworking and have plenty of tools. Sorry about the confusing title thought it was a cool name since it used to hold delicious doughnuts. Maybe i'll grow the seeds I have and name my strain Krispy Kreme
