MMPR court date announcement and legal advice from John Conroy

I have been reading posts of patients that have signed up with LPs and are having issues.
Mostly supply and variety issues. PNP is out of stock on some of their strains. Once a patient has signed up with an LP, and then that LP runs out of inventory it is a real hassle for the patient. The patient has to go back to their doctor and get a new document filled out, and then try their luck with another LP.
I believe these scenarios can help Conroy when he gets to court.
If anyone has the connections with the Conroy team it might be useful to bring up these current supply issues. I'm sure if he had a list of patients that have run into these problems it would help the cause.

this is a great issue to bring up as IF an LP can not supply it's registered patient than that aforementioned patient
does NOT have reasonable access to his/her meds.

what a mess !

Hardly any meds available. The ones that are available are either irradiated schwag or sub par quality (poorly flushed, poorly cured etc). Thanks HC for increasing access to patients! I can't wait to sign up for sub par medicine and pay above black market prices for it then wait 5+ days to get it! Ridiculous.

Does anyone know if we would be able to watch the SC challenge on cpac or something? I would be interested in that. As far a PNP goes, as of yesterday I guess they are still taking new patients on...how they can do that without supply is beyond me. 33 more days...just about the time I'll be harvesting ahem I mean destroying my medicine!

Its kinda weird ...and I'm getting so I will believe anything with respect to the MMPR
Like taking on patients with no supply.....who would have thought that they would get away with this kinda stuff...
and so far across the board, they are just doing what ever they want...whether it defy's logic or not.
I am also dumfounded by the complete lack of organization,by these start up....companies....
there is zero room for mistakes here people....yet the lack luster approach's they are taking....are leaving
new patients in a bind...and on their first order in some cases....
I'd like to watch that court challenge too.. it would make sense to be televised....if I find anything I will let you know...whatfg

Can these be read like the statement of claim?
They are posted on John's site and they rebut the charter claim based on their LP evidence and the fact that they are allowing importing.

There are also specific prices from 3.00 to 12.00 a gram being presented in the claim.

The defence also rebutes all the witnesses for the plaintiff.

If all growers stick together and plant double after any bust the government is screwed or simply stick to 198 plants they wont sell much. thousands of ppl in court x3 busts would make the courts cringe and just 35,000 injunctions makes things flood.
