Perhaps another good point for Conroy and co. come next trial. So they have 3.7 million for licencing, compliance and enforcement, yet they couldn't make the mmar work...hmmm...
Interesting point. The ready to build letters said that a license "will be issued". I guess they don't want to get anybody's hopes up now.Health Canada confirms #mmpr applications "are continuing to be processed as usual" but no more ready-to-build letters will be issued
"instead of a ready to build letter, HC will simply inform applicants by email that their application is ready for pre-licence inspection"
Itsme.
Depends how much money you have behind you.Interesting point. The ready to build letters said that a license "will be issued". I guess they don't want to get anybody's hopes up now.
RTB's were presented as and expected to be a pre-approval for your license. That wasn't the case as you know now. It's a way for HC to cover their asses, now there's no way to know if you will pass your pre license inspection. Whatever that means. I guess now you build it and hope you pass?? The key will be on having security clearances now. RTB means nothing. It's fucked up. Makes no sense.......Interesting point. The ready to build letters said that a license "will be issued". They told me explicitly that this was not the case from the beginning. A RTB did NOT imply that you would receive a license. They have been covering their arses from the beginning.RTB's were presented as and expected to be a pre-approval for your license. That wasn't the case as you know now. then what's it for? to let you know you are one step closer to being denied?..oops..I mean able to spend more money to be told you don't get approved? They told me explicitly that this was not the case from the beginning. on page 10 it says HC had 400-500 KG of stored dried marijuana but didn't have to rely on it.....what did they do with it then?I don't think this changes anything really.. instead of a Ready to Build, which was being treated like the final step, they're simply waiting until the actual final step.
It sucks for those that have not built out their facility, but you can wait to build until they alert you that your file is ready for inspection. At this point just finish your facility. Works great for <10,000 sq ft lol
Just read this too - very interesting and probably been posted already.

they didn't give any to you either....hmmm...I have no idea.
