Well said. This is where some wannabe says....'Ya but Uncle Stevie says 450,000 patients' I admire their drive and enthusiasm but not their nearsightedness. Lets seee...hmmm...how could I narrow down this list of 30,000 and get the lowdown on the biggest 150 growers in the country? Ask them to send me all their information...thats how. The devil is not stupid.

I am being punished for the actions of others. I am being punished because this program was designed to fail. Want to start a war over 12 plants? Throw my ass in jail, watch 4 people lose their jobs. My original anger has morphed to a calm, relaxed state of preparation for this upcoming battle. A first year law student could win this one, the violition of our court appointed rights are that obvious.

We had them contact us to move the application forward and we have been in direct contact with them. Unfortunately we have hit some zoning issues (which is not HC related) and need to find a new location, so our application will need to be re-submitted. Regardless, our application was moving along and I have no doubt they will grant more licenses.
We have also been in contact with other applicants that are further along in the process and have arranged site inspections.
You guys can believe what you will, but from our experience with HC it does not seem like a giant conspiracy and if your ducks are in a row I believe there is hope. That being said, your ducks better be in a row.

if they pull that crap, im using all the money i have ready to build the facility and use it towards suing them ! i have emails telling me explicitely " IF YOU meet the requirements, your going to get a license" and also that " there are no limits to the number of license we are going to deliver"

You talking about cash crop Ken? Loves to brag about how HE manipulated HC to implement this bullshit program. He is yet another reason to hate whats going on. He is on the inside with someone at HC plain and simple. How else can you explain that hes up and running and the other 149 of you have nothing but big dreams? He is going to have all 5000 patients signed up for a year before any of you even start a cutting.

No it isn't an inside connection at HC. It is plain and simple, you just haven't seen it. Knowing how they got their license is a key in understanding some aspects of the MMPR.

HC has told me that by now over 300 (!) applications have gone in, from all sorts of people (growers, e-marketing specialists, entrepreneurs), for all sorts of size facilities, and in quality ranging from quite poor to very high. They tell me that so far there is no plan to limit the number of licenses they will give out. On the time horizon they were less clear. At the rate they are going this may take years...........

I second this understanding, this from HC's security guidance document:
Back-up mechanisms must ensure that all visual recordings and records of adetected occurrence be retained for two years. These back-up mechanisms mayinclude storing the visual recordings on multiple media devices.

Support your local Angels club, or buy some labelled weed,
have a lawyer on retainer, or buy it through the legal means.

will tell you that all Harper did, was take away their right to grow.
LP's get blamed for selling out, somehow we are at fault,
when all we want is to help the sick, and have a great big vault.
The MMPR is the first step, toward legalization like beer,
first it has to get established, then it will crush the pricing fear.
Harper made the MMPR, fixing problems as you'll see.
If you'd just take the time to read it, there is no conspiracy.
We all want our personal ops, and they should never have been banned.
So light up all those protest grows, all across this very big land.
Don't blame the wannabe LP's, our government is confused,
