How do you figure a gram is a gram no matter the potency? I can tell you right now, that I will not pay 1 fucking red cent for this shit!!!! Your going to charge what...let's say $6.00/ g for your buds and then what turn around and sell the fucking leaves you trim from that bud for more money? Why not another $6.00/ g since a gram is a gram right??
Woah, settle down now.
If you read my post you would see that I do not plan on selling trim, so I dont expect a red cent.
When I said a gram is a gram, what I meant is that if you are prescribed 10g you can only purchase 10g no matter what the potency it is. So, from the perspective of your prescribed limit a gram is a gram. If someone purchased trim, they would fall short on the amount they needed unless they were over-prescribed in the first place so I doubt there will be too much interest in it.
Maybe some people will want it, but at my intended scale of production I dont see that it would be worth the trouble due to the cost of testing etc.
The in house lab sounds good, but it still costs. In fact, from my calculations, a small in house lab will probably cost you more than outsourcing unless you are a larger operation if you factor in labour, materials, depreciation of equipment, maintanance, etc.
