Thank you for your interest in the Marihuana for Medical Purposes Regulations. We will respond to your question as soon as possible but due to the large number of queries that we receive and the complexity of the replies, we may not be able to respond immediately. Thank you for your patience.
Sweet. Hope it succeeds.Kootenaygirl update... bought land today after eliminating all the MMPR potential hurdles that are associated... working on a new application again...
we're all at HC trying to get questions answered?
Going to smoke as much as I can, lol
We will incinerate the left overs, and toss the stalks. You can toss the stalks out as long as they are bare.
Thank you for your interest in becoming a licensed producer under the Marihuana for Medical Purposes Regulations (MMPR).Does anyone know if there's a timeline once you receive your "ready to build" notice? I've already asked HC this question but haven't heard back yet.

Well HC have changed their mind about burning again. I got this back last week. For disposal, you really do not want to incinerate on site. Sure, HC will accept it as a method, but to run an incinerator you'll need to apply through your provincial environment ministry for an incineration permit... this is just extra red tape to run through which can take as long to get approval as getting your MMPR!
Thank them, they said burning was OK, sorry we changed our minds, it's not OK, well than which is it? But if they want me to fire it off into space than that's what I'll do but thank them, seriously!Thank them. Sounds like cat litter in the garbage will be cheaper than an incinerator!
I will help you with that (burns it all away , spliff by spliff)Thank them. Sounds like cat litter in the garbage will be cheaper than an incinerator!
