I heard from a reliable source there are 20 Lp applicants who are suing health Canada because of the 500 metre rule. it is not in regulations and numerous accepted lp licences are within 50 metres of residences.

Not really. Just don't buy from lp's and they will go out of business. Lots of great weed out there for sale not grown by government leeches.

Im not even licensed under that poorly run regime. Hmm, wouldnt it be cool if VICE did another episode on Cannabis in Canada and researched the LP applicants...there backgrounds and financials, more importantly the insider trading probably going on at HC before they license a LP. Now thats headlines.

Canna farms is fully licensed and shipping. Vida cannabis has an RTB.. Currently doing so.
