Moisture level in coco?

Whats a proper moisture level for coco? I just let my plants dry out cause I flooded them and they were drooping. They perked up alot but theyre losing color and a few wilted leaves. Im thinking I need to start with the normal level of nutrients and water tomorrow, I only gave them light nutes and 500mL of water each today. Theyre 1 week transplanted. I got a moister meter today but am wondering if anyone knows a good moisture level for coco.

Go by the weight of the container, when it is completely watered note how it feels when you pick it up...when it is feels about about 1/2-3/4 of that, check the top inch or so and if it is completely dried out, give them some more.
find the balance of what your strain likes and keep it there...better to go on the dry side as too much moisture can lead to other issues like bugs or mold.

As long as you have proper drainage there is virtually no way to really be too wet. It's actually one of the great things about coco.
