Molasses?

K im just about to flush my girls, was going to put molasses in the water afterwards.
I just bought Black strap molasses, It sais no added sulphate or sulphides, is this good enough molasses.
Or does it have to have none at all, just wondering? Also how much should i put in there.?

I know chief uses that kind and I think he puts 1 tsp per gallon but don't quote me. I know that the brand is right though.
