Mold control with vinegar?

So im ready for my next grow but one problem i had with about an ounce of my last grow, mold!! I dont know where it came from but only when it hit the storage canisters did it show itself. So im wondering, before i start, should i spray my whole grow area with vinegar just to be safe? I heard it kills 82% of mold. Also should I wash my canisters in vinegar and let stand? Just need some pointers so I dont run into this problem again. Thanks!!!

I personally clean my grow area with H2O2 followed by alcohol. But you have to remember mold spores are in the air not just in you grow box. Go buy yourself one of those baking soda box's for the freezer and make sure you have air circulating inside the box. and you should have any future mold issues. this is what I practice, I am not a professional, but I do have a green thumb, and green lungs. Check out my grow. I would like some comments but have not gotten any. 2nd CFL Grow, Big Bud feminized

In my opinion the mold started in the curing process right? I may be wrong I would say that when you dried it, it was maybe not 100% dry, that could be fine, but then you need to air the buds and mix them around when curing. Check for mold and if it happens take the buds out of the glas jars.

Cleaning your room is a good idea, but the mold will still occur if you do not check for mold during curing.

sounds to me like u just didnt dry those moldy buds enough. but the other ones without mold were dry enough for mold to not grow. yeah clean stuff good, and dry them until the stems snap, and dont just bend

Thanks, yeah it's kinda hard to dry buds when they are so dense. I did think it was enough but maybe on one jar it wasn't quite enough. The other jars turned out killer. I had great air circulation until I dryed them, I cut air circulation back so the buds didn't dry too fast. Maybe I shouldn't do that this time. H2O2 works good to kill mold? Just trying to find a cheap mold kill to spry my box and jars.
