Mold? Mildew? What do you think this is? Any help appreciated.

Its a staiva plant nearing the end of the flowering cyle. I grow outdoors in pots, I dont add anything to the soil at all.
Whatever this is, its on a lot of the leaves.
What do you think? can I still use the bud? Even if I just make food, or oil out of it or somthing?

You have a stevia plant? No you have a staiva plant. You still have to dry it and cur it properly. It may give you something or not. Maybe it'll be pissed because you didn't bother to feed it.
