Mold on Growing plants... Guidance please

Hi,

Slight problem i have discovered with some of the buds on two plants that are outside (one's in a green house). Basically I noticed a few days back that were was some dark fluffy stuff around one of the buds in the greenhouse, I thought it looked like mould but left it to develop further as i thought it might just be where lots of resin/sticky stuff was accumulating. however now that section of the bus has died... I noticed the same on the plant out side.
I am quite worried about this now; do my plants have a disease/fungus?
What should i do? cut that section of the bud out?
Any help would be really useful thanks.

pics.. If bud rot cut it out now. It makes spores and spreads.

oh move air and keep the foliage dry as possible.

Okay. Any ideas how to increase air flow to outdoor plants? I shall carefully cut them away .

Perhaps cut some fan leaves to open up more space in the middle...
