That was a great game, I was watching to see if the sox were going to blow it in the last 3 innings and they just shut the door on the indians!

Being born into the Sox (from Rhode Island, let the jokes start flying now), I'm used to pure heartache these guys offer year after year. Hitting into double plays, stranding runners at scoring position, etc. We usually specialize in that sort of malarky. Yeah, you can say I'm the typical pessimistic New England sports fan.

But damn was last night's game good. Dice-K was an ace, Okijima played his role well, Pedroia was ungodly (wait, he's a rookie?! Get outta town), Youkilis was bonkers, Papelbon cut em down at the knees. It was just crazy.
