I have never held that all black people are worthless and no members of that race are able to contribute. There is a balance in society of those who build and those who tear down. Most other races appear to have more builders. There are enough productive Japanese people, for instance , to allow Japan to prosper as a society. With Africans, it appears there are just enough people willing to grab a machete and go wracking off the limbs of the tutsies to keep the builders of that society from pulling the whole group forward.

When Africans take possession of the resources on the African continent instead of desperately selling for a fraction of a percentage of what they are worth, they will be the richest people on earth. Then our smartphones will be prohibitively expensive and we'll be desperate to sell our resources. The west wants to keep them desperate and on the brink of collapse.

I thought by saying that more members of those societies were incapable of living in society was clear enough of an answer....

So yes, the most inferior race of humanity is the sub Sahara black african.

So every other race is capable of keeping whitey off of their goodies, except black africans, despite Western colonialism within the past century.

The middle east was a British possession post wwi, but the Arabs some how kept the westerners away from the most valuable commodity of the twentieth century.

The Indians kicked the British out. As did the rest of South east asia.

China ended it's opression.

And the European countries left africa.

Africa is the only one that was unable to stand on its own after the western powers left.

This isn't a fluke.

The main problem in Africa would seem to be the boundaries the colonial overlords drew, which were totally arbitrary and never made any sense to the local people. Those magic lines have fueled decades and decades of needless conflict.

That's an interesting hypothesis, but do you have some more info to bolster it? Furthermore, is the process reversible ?

Look at the distribution of African tribal groups and then look at the distribution of conflict. Country lines are based on European land claims, not on ethnic homogeneity. Consequently, ethnic conflict has been rampant for decades, costing millions of lives.

We need to redraw boundaries in Africa to make the continent work. Why is no one willing to do that? Because the recipients of sovereign power in the colonial handovers are totally unwilling to surrender what they have. If the international community recognizes your control over a huge swath of land and takes no issue with your repression of the local rebels, why would you ever give anything up? You wouldn't.
