I knew you were not very bright but I figured since you at one point were able to own your racism, maybe you have some ability to think for yourself. I'll help you out.
You benefit from Africa's strife, as does the entire first world, therefore Africans are kept on the brink of collapse by the design of the western powers. The US supports tyrants with aid and opposes democratically elected leaders in some cases even with military intervention. We do the same in any country with resources we need, if we can.
100,000+ people died in the breakup of Yugoslavia, and that death toll would have climbed substantially higher without extensive international involvement in the conflicts. More than a decade later, how many thousands of foreign troops are still stationed in the former Yugoslavia, keeping things together? That international interest--let's be honest--existed solely because the territory we're talking about was in Europe. If Yugoslavia were an African country, it's conceivable that the Yugoslav Wars would still be ongoing today.
As I said previously, it's not as simple as just drawing new lines. You can't unscramble an egg, and you can't pull that egg out of a cake you've already baked. The people who have power, whether they're legitimate or not, won't surrender an ounce of it.

Stable governments and stable economic environments would increase the outputs of and lower the prices of the resources you're speaking of. Stability, not strife, would be far more economically advantageous and thus beneficial to the "first world." There is no plot by the world's powers to keep Africa in the dark, as you seem to suggest. The simple reality is that a lot of people want access to the same resources, both in and outside of Africa. Propping up a government or supporting a rebel movement is a very effective way to gain access.
At least that's true where it's a valid explanation. Much of the conflict on the African conflict is totally internal. Countries are on the brink of collapse because they brought themselves there, not because anyone else needed to ordain that outcome.

Southeast Asia has some human rights issues. But south korea, Malaysia, Singapore, india, much of Indonesia are great and prosperous countries.
Vietnam is even starting to prosper.
The culture does unfortunately allow for slavery and other human rights indignities. But they are making progress at least.

I know the piracy is in the horn is a result of depletion of the fisheries and other external economic destruction. But it isn't as if they have ever prospered prior to that.
You're seeing what you want to see. Libya, Botswana, South Africa, Tunisia, Angola, Algeria, Namibia, and Egypt have higher GDP per capita than India, Indonesia, or Vietnam (I'm excluding the island countries and some other dubious ones). Some of them beat Malaysia too. The only true standouts on your list are South Korea and Singapore.
Now think of all those Asian countries you didn't mention: Laos, Cambodia, Bangladesh, Pakistan, the Philippines, Mongolia, and Burma at least. They're equivalent or comparable to many African countries economically.

I'm not the world's foremost expert on the subject, but suppose you were going to move to another country, you got to chose the continent, but the nation would be randomly selected. Are you telling me Africa would be somewhere other than last on the list of continents of choice?

I didn't realize Gabon, Botswana, South Africa, and others were Arab countries in North Africa. Thanks for the geography and demography lesson. I'm shocked that you're making it--it means you still didn't look at any numbers, because otherwise you (hopefully) wouldn't continue to say something so ignorant.
As for your second question, I'm guessing Asia and Africa would both be the continents at the bottom of the list. Think of all the shitty places in Asia and Africa and compare that list to the one for North and South America and Europe. If you're making a rational decision based on probability, there's no way you'd pick Asia or Africa. Meaningless.
