in answer to your question, i understand that you think that your idea is a good one, and it is worthy of being discussed...
however this is not the fake internet where writing something like people here have as their signatures (aka "all of this is just a magical construct, no actual growing in real life happens" or "none of what i say here is true in any way") will somehow have any LEGAL effect...
essentially what that would have the effect of (in the eyes of the only people who really matter aka THE FEDS) is that riu specifically facilitated multiple possibly interstate transactions (the possibly interstate thing is how the FBI and DEA get involved) and then we get shut down...
it is cool enough for most of us that we can participate in this forum for FREE, i'd like to keep it that way...
just in case you do not believe little old me (i understand, we don't know each other that well) google the good old overgrow.com or read this article:

when you are sitting in front of the judge and try to say "it was all make-believe" they are going to have a hard time not laughing and then throwing the book at you...

i trust riu too, but more than that i don't want anyone to get in trouble, just like i don't want to have to get to know a whole different forum and online community...

are you a mod here? i honestly don't know.
if you are (or if a mod sees this...then heres my pitch):
we set up a forum for trade, sell, donate (ie. free) between MMJ patients in all states.
have the forum rules state that ID/drivers license PLUS MMJ card/paperwork must be swapped between both parties prior to meeting/exchanging contact info
I don't see how RIU can get in trouble if they specifically post that they are not responsible for anything posted in that section and all posters use that forum at their own risk, etc.
have it where that section can't be posted in (or viewed) until you have a few hundred posts, etc. to weed out the potential scammers/robbers
just an idea...dont flame me to death (but i trust an RIU member over Craigslist, budtrader, random ppl on the street, etc)
