Just planted 10 lowryder 2 seeds indoor under a hps, will be moved outdoor after they begin growth. When they begin to grow what is the best way to get the most amount of bud per plant, should i top? should i just let them grow? I will be feeding them jamaican bat guano in a few weeks when they begin flowering, and also molasses. I already have caramelicious, and a few bag seeds in late veg and soon going into flower. Anybody who has grown this before please give me your input!!

If your growing them indoors , you should give them 18-24 hrs of light a day. Outdoors with no artificial light they get anywhere from 5-14 grams for me. Plant directly into a 1 gallon pot or bigger so its tap root has some room. light feedings with a bloom fert once they start flowering. Also there is no need to top them.
I've topped one but only cause I had to, on its second node for some reason....? it had no new growth, it turned out male but significantly smaller than the others. good luck!

i have pics of the caramelicious and bag seed from last week i could put up tomorrow probably if you want too see, the lowryders i just planted tho so there isn't anything to see. and 5 to 14 outdoor? do you think perhaps that is because you only have them in one gallon pots? i was going to have them in 2g pots atleast, but thank you for the information i hope i can get more out of them than that but we will see!

ya they will definately like 2 gallon pots more. Ya 5-14 grams dry per outdoor but thats without even starting them indoors. I hope you can receive higher yields than that, maybe your growing conditions are better but there is less light outside right now then 3 months ago when I had lr2's going. that may affect it too. dunno.

ya i didn't really think topping would do much but i was just checking around with some lr2 vets to see. Ya i will have them inside for the beginning of their growth, and then maybe bring them in at night for some more light sometimes. ill keep ya posted tho on my results, hopefully female to male ratio is high! will any pruning help benefit them more do you think come flowering? i have seen photos of other ppl's lr2 and some have fat single cola plants while others seem to have just smaller pop corn buds scattered throughout the plant, id prefer the larger single cola. Im not sure if thats just how some people's grow or if maybe they are lollipopped or something?
