Most effcient stress training

So im starting my first grow, and i figure the differences are not TOO big but i was planning on LST'ing the plants. All the journals i read don't seem to use stress training with cfls. I'm growing with 4 42 watt cfl's at the moment so what would be best for maximum yield, lst, topping or leave it be?

lst and topping would be good, might take some extra vegging time to let them fill in. Im on my third week of veg growth this grow with 6 23w cfls and 3 plants. i list them following the rim of the plant, you might want to do it another way. I saw on grasscity where the dude tops the plant then ties down the four branches from that and repeats makes a very nice canopy. All my plants are on 8 nodes with about 6-10 heads on each plant getting ready to flower after i fix my nutes. just play around with it cant really mess up the plants are strong and can handle it. Also can super crop by breaking branches down after lst the main stalk.

lst = more bud sites under the lamp and also allows for a shorter plant perfect for cfls

just try to make a even canopy so it all grows but dont let them get huge cause cfls cant cover a big area unless you have a alot of them.

my past 2 grows without lst and the same lights your using i grew 5 plants and got just shy of 2 oz thats without lst.
