Most ghetto grow ever (pics)

Ok so i do believe i have the most ghetto grow ever but i think my results so far are alot better then some ive seen on here. Check the pics and let me know what you think. Using 6-23w 2700k cfls on them right now. I have 3 more i have to add once i get more sockets. Built a shitty box out of some wood i had lying around. Im going to try to get a talk cabinet and use the instead. Im going to paint the inside of the box white later todat or tomorrow. Also i started flower early, i started it yesterday there 25 days old today.
 
Thats not really ghetto. thats actually a decent first grow setup. You should start flowering them in a couple of days.
 
Agree with Mystic on that.... Those are great looking plants. And you talk about ghetto? Try growing a sprout in a cut-up minute maid carton, w/ a dinner plate for water collection... lawl

Edit: That was my first grow ever...

Actually before i put the one in the can i used the chhopped off bottle of a hawaiian punch jug. That reflector i made with a sheet of metal and duct tape.

Well whichever way you choose to grow as long as they do good thats all that matters. One question I have is if those 2 plants are the same age. The one in the bigger pot is definitely bigger. So now I really don't believe in the whole small pots can grow just as big as bigger pots theory.
 
actually the smaller one is 1 day older, it popped thru the soil first and then the big one did the next day. I was gonna have them both in big pots but i didnt have enough soil to fill another big one.
 
invest in some it only cost a couple of £/$ you really should get a bigger pot for the small one.

Nice grow, myself I only have 56W total :p she looks healthy so you should expect good results imo.

I have upgraded my grow a little bit. I got a 70w hps and a new cabinet that i lined with that shiny blanket stuff.

Hey man that's a great cheap setup, I'm about to build my cabinet within a few days and I'm happy to see decent growth out of it. One question though, how bad is the smell? I'll be growing 2 at a time as well, and I'm trying to avoid any complex ventilation and filtering.

The smell isnt too bad. Only time i can smell it in the room is if i have my bedroom door shut for a while and then come into the room. If you don't have anyone that comes into your house or that lives there that shouldn't know then you should be ok. Even if someone comes over that i dont want to know about it i just close my cab doors all the way and close my bedroom door and they dont even know,
 
oh also, i checked earlier today when i woke up and the bigger one has hairs now so its a female still waiting on the smaller one to show.

theres the mysticclown we all know and love good advice on starting to flower them sativas too them bitches will stretch.
 
batman that is a decnt setup use the 70 watt hps and still them floros. then you got shit happening for u
