so im curious, a lot of people on here are experienced growers so im hoping this will not only help myself but also any other new growers out there.
Basically, going back to your first grows what would you consider the most valuable lessons you learnt were?
what helped you get more consistent grows, what did you neglect that you wish you didn't?
This can be anything from monitoring Ph and EC closer, Ventilation issues, poor lighting etc...

I'm looking forward to seeing everyones responses!

First grow I underwatered with 1 gallon a week every week. Didn't know much about growing anything
Also killed a lot of seedlings in the beginning from over watering

its ok my very first grow (many years ago when I was living with my mum) I had some dodgy cupboard setup using 2x75w MH lights from a fish tank, no ventilation, foil on the walls. safe to say that didn't turn out too good haha. All because I was trying to hide it from mum haha

I do agree that less is more sometimes, they do a lot better when you let them do their thing rather than fussing about them constantly

Probably that acquiring the knowledge through trial and error is absolutely priceless. You make the mistake, you learn how to correct said mistake, and you learn how to avoid that mistake again in the future.
