You're right Brick Top. I was just speaking from my experience. I haven't smoked in 6 years and things have moved on so fast. Half of these new strains blow my mind.

Brick Top was a great character by the way. Ritchie might be the poor mans Tarantino, mother fucker creates great characters though.

Guys, what is the most narcotic strain of weed? Is there anyone that is knows above others for pain relief? And what does it compare to ? is there anything as strong as like morphene or codein?
The first name to pop in my head when mentioning narcotic strains is, Bubba Kush!
It's been years since I had White Rhino, and all I remember is, it's one hell of a flower.
Brick Top would not lead you astray, so it's a good pick for sure.

Peace of mind, is a multiplying factor, when it comes to pain management.:peace:

To me Brick Top made the movie. Mickey was good and so was Turkish and Bullet Tooth Tony and Boris the Blade and Doug the Head and Cousin Avi was really good too .... but Brick Top was the flick too me. If you never watched Guy's previous flick, "Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels" you might like that one too.

Since moving up to the big budget Sherlock Holmes I'm not sure Guy is the poor man's Quentin anymore, but there are some similarities. Both are really good at putting together great casts.

What's sort of funny in a way is for all the 'big' flicks Tarantino made some of the work he was involved in that I enjoy the most are the "Grindhouse" flicks, "Death Proof" is definitely my favorite. Great flick for sure. If you like the old style Detroit muscle car high speed chase flicks like "Vanishing Point" and "White Line Fever" and "Dirty Mary and Crazy Larry" you will really enjoy it, that is if you have not yet watched it. In "Death Proof" three chicks in a white 1970 Challenger 440 Magnum, like the car in "Vanishing Point" do a ships mast .. and it is a great scene.

"Planet Terror" is pretty good too, a matter of fact I watched it earlier. Something I love is they are tributes to the old B-movies and really have that look and feel but with the Tarantino flare. So it is like he switched back to what appear to be lower budget flicks ... though I doubt they were all that low budget.

If you don't know about the site you can go to http://www.icefilms.info/index and watch about 70,000 movies and TV shows for free ... and if you are not above being a video pirate you can download them and burn them to a DVD, if you have a DVD burner. "Death Proof" and "Planet Terror" are two of the roughly 70,000 titles to pick from.

A true movie fan I see Brick Top. I feel you on all your points made. Both Richie and Tarantino are both movie geeks at heart. Robert Downey Jr. Perfect casting for Holmes. I loved the breakdown of how he would defeat his opponents, the slowmo was awesome. From what I know of Holmes and his outlandish ways (laudanum, and absinth use) Jr. played the part perfectly. On par with Depp as HST IMO. Yes I've seen all of Quetins movies, and even the films apapted from his screenplays. Have you seen "My Best Friend's Birthday"? You can see a lot of where he made his bones as far as his use of dialogue.

Anyway, enough of the derail. Bacl on topic

Downey Jr. was much more like Sir Arthur Conan Doyle original character, like being an expert in Bartitsu, the form of martial arts that by chance Downey Jr. is into in real life, than any other actor who played Sherlock Holmes. I was disappointed with the most recent Sherlock Holmes flick but with a different director and different actors it would be pretty tough for it to have been as good.

Now back to your regularly scheduled programming.

Ideal to introduce a new generation to classic literature though. Do you agree? If it gets 'em reading, it's a good thing?

Heres a link. http://www.meduser.ca/seeds.php. These dudes are on point. WoodHorse has a Herijuana cross that is kick ass. Also Motarebel has a couple of Herijuana crosses there like the Oguano Kush and the Dirty Harry Is CRAZY. The Double Koosh is nice as well, but the best feature is the price 25-40$ for a ten pack of great genes...Cant beat that....Not sure where your located but I do believe they ship south. Ordered from them about 7 times with no problems....BsB.

Is this the strain you meant?

GDP

Traits: Ann Arbor Medical Marijuana, appetite stimulation, bright orange hairs, couch lock, Dense Buds, Good For Headache, Good For Insomnia, Good For Joint Pain, Good for Migraines, Good For Relaxing, Grade A, grape kool aid smell, grape taste, great taste, Indica, Michigan Medical Marijuana, munchies, nausea relief, Pain Relief, Pine Smell, purple, Purple Hair, purple smell, purple taste, purps, sweet smell, Top Shelf, Very Potent
Strain Name: Grand Daddy Purple
Grade: A+
Type: Indica
Looks: Nug- extremely dense tight nugs with the perfect combination of purple and green with the brightest orange hairs.
Ground- The purple becomes more dominant with the orange right behind it, it really is the best balance of purple orange and green I have ever seen on GDP.
Smell: When you smell the nug it’s the faint smell of pine with subliminal sweetness. In the grinder it smelled like someone made a chloroform/grape kool-aid mixture and covered my face with it. The smell is enough to make your head buzz.
Taste: Much like the taste. An overwhelming grape with the definite kushiness that a good GDP should have.
Effects: A potent indica which started in the feet with heat like I was wearing extra layers of socks, it slowly made it’s way up my leg numbing as it went, once it got to my head it felt like the backs of my eyes were vibrating. After the full effects were experienced out of my roor, I felt like the girl in the old anti-marijuana commercials who melted into the couch.
Potency: Extremely high. I have had a lot of strains that were far “purpler” such as the grape ape when I first got my card that was what people refer to as purple weed. But they have never had the potency I wanted. This GDP was everything I needed. Literally looks sugar coated under the right light… or wrong light ha.

Grand Daddy Purple

Traits: calming effect, clear head, colorado medical marijuana, day time use, gdp, Good For Anxiety, Good For Headache, grape smell, Indica, Pain Relief, purple, sour smell, spicey taste

Strain Name: Grand Daddy Purple
Grade: B+
Type: Indica
Looks: The bud is magnificent in its color it is very deep purple almost all the way except for the occasional neon green spot. If you have had GDP before you’ll recognize these colors. There is almost zero hairs on this strain but the crystal formation is awesome on that purple.
Smell: Like most purple strains the smell is nothing really amazing. It is very hard to describe the smell and quite honestly the best way to put it is if purple had a smell it would smell like GDP. There is a faint sour smell as well but its really hard to distinguish it from the purple.
Taste: The taste is very smooth and somewhat spicy in a way. The taste is very short lived and has virtually zero aftertaste. It doesn’t have a sweet taste that sticks with you like other popular purps like Grape Ape or Purple Urkle.
Effects: The high is very calm and light but not so light that it doesn’t help with anything. This indica is a perfect medicinal pain reliever instead of feeling just numb like other heavy indicas it simply just makes things stop hurting and its perfect for headaches. This strain is perfect for anytime of day because while it does make you extremely relaxed it leaves you very clear headed.
Potency: 1-2.5 hrs

In case anyone doesn't know what Grand Daddy Purple, or as some call it Grand Daddy Purps, is it is a cross between Purple Urkle and California Big Bud.
