Hemp Depot has been reliable for me. Many breeders and strains, TGA is 10 for $75 plus a special (last time I looked).

If by best, you mean, premium female plants per dollar spent..... No one but no one touches www.peakseedsbc.com.
I say this as someone who has been enraged by the rip-off artists and greedy MotherFuckers in the seed biz. PeakSeedsBC deserves our support, they've earned it. Generous to paying customers, compassionate to those who can't pay but need a hand and very passionate about maintaining strong genetic lines.
Let the pollen-chuckers and amatures muddy the waters, as long as we have purists like the people of PeakSeedsBC, everything will be ok.
I say this as someone who has learned that by appreciating what I have... I grow in every way.

Canadian seed brokers (like hemp depot) have to up there game on online retail, it's easier for me to purchase from overseas than from next door. Peakseeds seems to have some nice strains but I cannot believe they should all be valued at the same price, 
and again no online ordering is available. Maybe I just stick with The Attitude, sigh..

why does any of this matter?you asked for reliable canadian seedbanks and we gave you some...then you say they are no good....peak seeds has some incredible gear that i would put against any and i mean any elite out there.their skunkberry,sweet skunk and northern skunk are all high quality killer genetics with exceptional bag appeal...PERIOD!i hyave a hunch that the kush skunk is deadly!look for the smoke report on here!oh and the kushberry is freaking beautiful!i wouod say peak has the highest ratings...and bc seed king as well....of any other seedbanks on the net!so what if you cant order with a credit card,its safer that way!

i have personally read enough bad reviews from highgrade to tell you to steer clear.the reviews are just too mixed,and i have yet to read a great smoke report on those strains...

why do wbsites have to be all glammed up for people to purchase them?peak and depot are simple,just fill out the form,get a moiney order and send away...how difficult is that?
i won't say there are no bad reports, every breeder has bad reports somewhere
but there are good reports here, and pretty consistent results from the growers here that use his gear
highgrade is not the most popular breeder, so the total number isn't that high
