It's ok in BC because it went through their courts...we haven't had a case like it yet in Ontario. As soon as we do,if we have one, we can use the BC ruling as precedent.
Of course HC could have been nice and just changed the regulations to include all of Canada, but that would be asking too much....
Honestly big brother can suck it, If I need my meds I will order them whether it is allowed in my province or not and with that said the tincture came in and it is working wonders
