From what I've read, the bugs are what causes this drying and dying of leaves. But I agree with you that it seems that ever since I've started spraying my plants the leaves have started getting crisp and dying. But I think if I stopped the problem would only get worse. If the spray is what causes these crisp leaves, you would have to weigh your options: either have crispy leaves or have a bug infestation. But I don't believe the spray is the problem since it is recommended by many. In the end, you can stop spraying as long as the bad bugs have enough natural predators to keep them at bay. What exact kind of spray are you using? Sprays may also kill good bugs.

Yeah I'd rather have bugs than no fan leaves just saying... I let a few spidies chill in my plants because I know they'll take care of any nuciance buks that will eat my crop, so you don't want to kill off the protectors that's for sure... Lots of times them bad insects build up a tolerance to pesticides and keep coming back... Just keep calm and let nature run its course! Good luck mate!!
