Mother plant flowering and clones won't

Hi guys....I'm flowering a mother plant along with some of her clones.....I vegged the clones until they were 18 inches than put them into flower with mama. Anyway it's week two of 12/12 and mama is covered in hairs with lots of budsites popping up...covered!! The clones have some but nothing like mama....is this normal? I understand it its very early in the 12/12 cycle...but the mother has begun...so why not the clones?

ph 5.5- 6.5
nutes- GH 3 part(transition to flower this week)

well how long did the clones have between rooting and flowering??

sounds like a root catchup issue to me, mama had longer to put down roots, can pull more nutrients for budsites.
also is your mama getting alot more light than the clones?

they are getting lotsa light....they have a 1000w right above them......I vegged them for 3 weeks.

just give them a bit more time.
