Moths & Spidermites??

Ok i noticed moths and i seen little black dots on my plants so i figured that would most likely be spider mites.Now what can i do to stop this problem?

I will try to get pics up of very soon

Mites generally result in white spots from their feeding on the tender undersides of the foliage.
Could be thrip poop? I'd try and rinse the affected leaves off first.

Yeh it could be, what should i rinse the leaves off with water? And on the new growths on the top of my plant the leaves are turning yeallow before they are full developed...

Yes, water . . . you can add a couple drops of dish soap, but then you may have to rinse twice, first w/soapy water, then clean water? I'd use a hose outside and let the pressure do the scrubbing.
As for the yellowing, I've not encounter TOP yellowing, so good luck w/that.
