Whats up grower's,

I need some anwsers to a few questions about 70%+ sativa strains.

Here goes,

Do they have to be vegged for a certain amount of time before flowering?

Do they take longer to sexually mature?

What growth should i be seeing at 5 weeks of 12/12?

When should i expect pre flowers?

How long should i be waiting roughly for her to go into full flowering from when i see little white hairs at the nodes?

all of those questions basically depend on strain. 6-8 weeks for sex is what im told. could be longer... GL

they veg for a wekk or 2 longer then indicas and at 5 weeks of 12/12 you should have pistils up the ying yang and if you been in 12/12 for 5 weeks and havent got any preflowers or nothing its bad genetics

heres a 6 foot sativa i been growing for a while i veged her until she was 18 inches anf then switched to 12/12 and she stretched alot during flowerin 18inches to 6 feet tall and heres a pic at 7 weeks of flowering it should be about the same

i flipped the switch to 11/13, 3 weeks later she showed sex at most nodes, that was 3 weeks ago.
Not much has happend since, still growing upwards today though.

She is a healthy plant imo, looks very healthy.
She has only had flowering nutes once and that was 48 hours ago. 0-10-10npk, could that of been a problem.

7-7-7nkp nutes she was still getting 2 weeks ago, could of that been too much n? maybe slowed her down?

AND NOT ENOUGH P + K.

sativas you can vegg as long as you want height wise 4-5 weeks will do(18/6 or 24/0).
some sativa strains can take up to 16 weeks of flowering(12/12) before ready(dependent on a good environment and feed schedule).
 
She hasn't been getting any N for just over 2 weeks, could i not double up the dosage or use twice as often?

Damn plant is driving me mad,

Would you put i down to too much N ?
