Moving cross country can my plants come?

Well I am in a bit of a pickle due to changes in my career a I will be moving in a little over a month. Now my babies are doing great and I was planning on vegging for a bit longer on a couple of my plants.

But I will not have enough time to flower them properly in the amount of time I have. I currently have two thoughts one is to keep vegging and and take a couple flats of clones two weeks before the move. I would then give/sell my setup to a friend.

My one mother of GDP is a monster i can take about 50 clones every two weeks and she keeps coming back.

My second thought is within the u haul to do some sort of set up. Its going to take two days of driving to get to where I'm going.

I don't need any lectures on bringing plants across state lines or what ever.

Can it be done and what is a good way of doing it?

well if there still veggin, let em veg.. this will be good because u wont have to worry about 12 hours of uninterrupted darkness.. i would build a lil box or sumthin with air holes and make sure the uhaul isnt too hot, u may even have to keep them up front with u (itll be cooler).. my power went out for 4 days and i had to stealthily bring the girls over to grandmas for a few days, lol what a project that was..

Yea this is exactly what I was thinking. The nursery I used to work at we would get truck loads in all the time of boxed flowers although they were in pretty cool trucks. If I go with a flat of clones I will def keep them in the front with me but there is no way my "bushes" are gonna fit up front.

Thanks for the response.

More ideas and comments welcome.

Just for future reference they made the trip fine I lost a couple but that was more do to the new conditions than it was the move. There were in a box for 3 days with no light and only water right before they were put in the trailer. It was also 90 degrees most of the drive out. So if anyone searches for an answer to the question it is possible. Make sure you give them a good drink before you close the box up and pack them well so they cant shift.

Happy Travels.
