Moving plants around different lights?

I was just wondering if it would harm young plants to put them under the 1000w MH for 10 hours and move them to cfls for 8 daily?

The reason I ask is because I have my flowering plant under the MH, I'd like to give the new ones the best light I can but don't want them in just 12/12 cycle already.

Yeah I used to move my vegging plants from my 400 to my 1000 for a few hours a day for the extra light. They will love it.

as long as you keep them on the same schedule they will be fine.

when you keep changing their schedule they start getting stressed and can start flowering a bit or can even turn hermie
