Moving soon, starting a new set up... feedback?

I will be moving into a new house very soon and have been researching methods of growing that might help cut down on some of my built in medicianal costs over the next few years.
I've grown a few cycles at an old place back in my college days but things are alittle different now... anyway on to my prospective setup

Space is an open closet, wood paneled, with no doors... the upper portion is shelving, the work horse of the space measuring 6'tall x 8' long x 2.5' deep.

I plan on using a 4' strip of t5 bulbs, i have my eye on an 8 bulb setup. For Flowering i plan on adding a 400w HPS. I want to run all the lights all the time but i wonder if that would be too much for one rooms power load, also not sure on what the best way of hanging all those lights would be. I want to be able to raise and lower the lights, and obviously if i were running a HPS and a t5 setup they would need to move indepentely. I'll probably just have to tinker with that.

I'll be preping the closet with a backing of mylar, and then a front and side wrap of panda film to help prevent damage to the wood liner in the closet. I'll have a zipper flapp on the enclosure and a wood frame to hold it in place. I plan on covering the closet with acurtain of some sort, that can come later.

Depending on whats available, I'll start some seed in rockwool or just drop clones into netpots with hydrostone balls. I have some 4" net pots that I'll be dropping into the lids of a square five gal. bucket. Two pots per bucket. I also have lil 1 gal sqare pots that sit inside the bucket perfectly, don't know if i need or want those tho. I'll be running a DWC setup, air coming from an 80w 3.1 cfm pump, run into 6" bar style airstones, one stone per pot.

I haven't settled on nutes, I figure i have time while i am moving constructing the room and waiting for clones or seeds to show.

I want to run the buckets into one main res. for convienence but haven't come up with an easy way of doing it. Or even a hard way that doesn't triple the cost of my feed system. Thought about a signle pump pulling water from the tanks into the res. letting gravity feed the tanks, but that seems like a huge fail. Putting in a bunch of valves and bulkheads onto free five gal. buckets also seems foolish. Anyway, wrapping buckets in panda film again white side out to keep light out of buckets.
Ventilation is probably going to be a vortex fan, a lil 4" one i think is rated around 450 cfm, metalic ducting which could eventually cool a glass tube will lead out, to the enclosed fan and through a homemade filter, a design i haven't settled on.
Umm, this is getting wordy, so I'll be adding CO2 with a big alhambra bottle half full of yeast.
Suggestions? Something I've forgotten? Am I doomed for dust mights mold and shitty weed? Or will I havve to fight the urge to quit my day job?

Just went in to do some measurements, and it looks like a second space would be easy to do, so I'm going to get a 49 gal rubbermaid and rig it up for flowering. Planning on running the 400 hps sodium on one seide and the T-5's on the other, separated by a bit of panda film and some sort of wood frame.
Hopefully I'll be able to move plants into the flor chamber every 2-3 weeks:)
Any ideas on improvements?
