thanks guys....so i started super cropping yesterday i bent a branch over, and its already bouncing back today!! i haven't done alot of super cropping yet just that first trial branch but it looks to have gone well and not stunted the plant at all. the mazar is the next candidate for super cropping but this one will get the main stem bent over. trying to figure out a way to bend it to fit it between all the other girls, and she's still not touching or close to touching the hps so ill be fine for a few days or a week. so most of them have showed sex so far except maybe 3 of them still to show(all 3 fem seeds). thanks for stopping by, ill have new pics in sometime this week.

Can't wait to see pictures Bitti :weed:. Did you break the branches, true supercrop, or just bend them, what I would consider LST? I imagine you went with a true supercrop (and the pictures will no doubt clear up my question), but the wording is funky and I'm stoned :blsmoke:. Keep it coming man, happy growing mate

thanks man, i planned to top them but the strain was so bushy from genes that it wasn't necessary. a few of them will be super cropped, any that get too close to the hps. thanks for stopping by man.

nice to see you around Canuk! yea the pruning will have to be done in stages lol, but thats a long way from now. i have to look forward to 9 weeks of flowering and make sure they all make it through all right. temps and humidity is fine always under 80 and 50% rh. when i did that super crop test branch i didnt just bend it (lst) i pinched it with my fingers and bent it over. within hours it was already bouncing back up. thanks to all for stopping by cant wait for whats to come!!

Good to be around Mr. B :blsmoke:, and I'm glad to hear your technique in detail, I'm very particular with words, haha. The supercropping is gold, I try to on all my plants, gives such strength to the stem afterwards, not to mention the bolstering bud sites :weed:. I'm looking forward for the near future mate, I'll definitely be around

Very nice, perfect supercrop my friend. I hope the top shoot is next, below the two top most leaf sets. You will see a monster emerge ;). Nicely done sir, keep up the good work and picture updates

ive decided that its entirely too crowded and ill need more space for the super cropping. going to take out two more girls tomorrow, the two smallest big bang plants are going to be the victims. hopefully ill have plenty of room throughout flowering after doing so. it causes me pain to take away these beauties lives but i think that it will be more beneficial for the rest of the pack. thanks again for stopping by ill keep it updated every few days.

You might be able to keep the BB around man, they tend to stay lower and by supercroping you'd be able to free up some space. If you don't think they're going to be productive enough then do what you have to do, but I would keep the Big Bang, great genes

well these 2 havent entered flowering and are rather small compared to the other girls and they seem to be staying small and not stretching under the hps. i wouldnt expect more then 7-10g for each of those 2 so i figured might as well let them go and let the others take over the space. and yea the big bang is a great strain so far no mutants or anything out of 10 seeds 10 did good. i am for sure ordering another 10 pack before the next grow and try to eventually pull out a nice mother when i get settled (done with school).

Good call, make sure you be selective about your mother. Make sure she is the most vigorous grower and has the traits you want with your plants. Strong mothers make stronger growers :blsmoke:

Yeah, and unless you really like the variety, you could just use your best females (s) as the mother for your next grow instead of getting new seeds, will make it faster and you know what you ae getting.
But anyway, 10 out of 10 seeds is awesome. I only got 2 of my 4 white widow seeds to germ lol.

i wanna let them go for 9 weeks, the estimated harvest is first week of may. if everything goes well i will get some gravity and use it on the plants that are later into flowering. i dont know exact days since they have shown sex, but the first sign was over the weekend and after that most of them started showing. hopefully the gravity will help the plants that started later into flower to finish up in time with the other ones, and it would be nice to have a few rock hard nugs. im still debating weather to use gravity on all my plants at about 1/2 strength or just the ones that should be less mature by half of april. I havent heard of anyone that has a specific formula for coco so ill use the instructions for hydro on the bottle. another problem i have is my hps is fixed and it cant be raised when they get hit with gravity.i guess i will hit a plant with it 3 weeks before harvest and if it goes well, i will use it on the 2nd weeks before harvest on a few others. thanks again for stopping by i got an exam to take here soon, but ill be checking all you guyses journal later!

calcium deficiency hitting 3 of my girls hard and fast. i mightve overlooked the last few days but today i saw several leaves close to tops showing brown spots and such. i raise my nutrient ph solution to 6.1-6.2 try and fix it quick i also saw a bit of what looked like phosphorous deficiency spots on 2 of the bottom leaves of one of the plants. but these are really old leaves and its only one plant so im not real worried about it just yet. ill probably try to feed again tonight on the ones that showed calcium deficiency hopefully i can supply enough to them by tomorrow to correct this. maza stretching too tall will be pinching today or tomorrow night. ill put up pics by the weekend
