Mijo, was having a convo with C2G and it came up that I'd have chorizo and eggs for brekkie the next morning.
I did, she asked later if I had. "Yes, but I feel guilty" Why she asked. "I used sriracha on it" So why guilty?
"Cuz it may be disrespectful to my Meskin/gringo LA upbringing" I mean this is a classic brekkie, and instead of pico de gallo or tapatio, I used asian sriracha. Its a breakfast, not a fuckin Food Channel fusion cusine thing.
So, I ask, was it permisible?
