Well I got some in the batch of bud I got recently. I get seeds every now and a while then I'll just save them. Pop them whenever I'm In the mood.

I was collecting seeds from my intentionally pollinated buds and I was throwing the duds in a container. I learned that even duds can grow!
I ended up plucking the ones that didn't look or smell special and found a keeper I call REBAR.
Last year I let a girl go to seed in a planter and let her stay in the pot. This spring I got this:
Only one of them won out and now it is starting to flower in Orange County CA:
So my answer is yes, you can

being a calcium type concrete
I know I did some to my shit strain short stuff autos last season
a better way to consume seeds might be to make a seed tea..?
