Bolthouse Farms Chocolate Protien PLUS shake. yummy and super nutritious. 21 vitamins and minerals. i highly suggest it. IT DOES HAVE SOY THO!! just lettin peeps know before i get yelled at about it.

i can't seem to get the whipped cream on anything fast enough. i like to eat it right out of the bottle. old, bad habit.
 
me i think ill head to the corner store later and buy me a bag of chips maybe ruffles cheese or Cheetos popcorn what do you'll recommend?

And the fact if you don't shake the can first you can get a few nice can hits. The main reason i'm stuck with cool whip. Old lady got sick of no whipped cream left in the can. Just liquid. LOL
