Mushroom Mycobag Contamination? Need Help!

Hey guys. I ordered a mycobag from sporebank.com and inoculated it about a week ago. I sterilized my workspace, wore gloves that were soaked in alcohol, cleaned my needle and the bag with an alcohol soaked cotton ball and taped up the hole when I was done. About 5 days after inoculation, I saw a dime sized blueish/gray spot right at the inoculation point. Now at 7 days, the spot is quarter sized.

This is my first attempt. I have no experience with this. What's going on here??? Thanks for the help!

Anyone? The spot seems to be very slowly growing.

what kind of mushroom are you trying to grow?
