Mushrooms not growing from mycelium

I started 10- 1 lb bags out a couple months ago. I injected them with spore syringes and put them in a rubbermaid tub with a heat pad. After they were colonized, I put them between my bed and wall to keep them hidden but so they could still get light. After about a month and a half I moved them to a location they could get more light from and only two bags produced anything, I got about a quarter dry from them and now none of the bags are doing anything. Can anyone help me out and tell me what I'm doing wrong? The temp is about 69 F

maybe it was the mix you used it probably was not good enough, i grown ecuador and amazonian and both gave me alot of caps one after the other one, those i had a good time realy good time, and my next cultivation (actually its already made) will be amanita muscaria ever heard of it? dont go by what youve read about them, they are not poisonous if you prepare them right, i wanna fly like an eagle:hug:
did you cold shock yours? sometimes they require to be cold shocked, also what was the temp when the mycelium was growing?

Yeah. I heated the needle with a lighter until red and used rubbing alcohol on it.

Ive tried rye berries before and they worked really well. I just used this method because it was about 10x cheaper... I guess you get what you pay for.

I have heard of muscarias but have never got a chance to try it. I didn't cold shock them because I've read you don't need to cold shock cubensis, but I'll give it a shot. It was growing between 79 and 85 F.
