Someone PM'd me and asked for a link to this. So here is the link to Snopes. The term that Muslims use is called DHIMMITUDE.

I did read that section of the law this morning and yes, they can opt out but it would not be easy. The Amish absolutely are exempt but they do not pay into SS or collect from it either. They practice self-sufficiency and it is recognized by our government.

Yeah, I was really baked last night and then I hit my email. Got up this morning and said to myself, 'What shit'. So I deleted it, too bad 24 people read this, I'm really embarrassed.
