Mutant Freak Plant or something else?

View attachment 1027236View attachment 1027234This is a Vanilla Kush retard plant it is 55 days old, 9 of those days it has been under 12/12 hps 600W LUMATEK - The veg was under 1000WMH...Nutes was 3.5 galons of fox farm ocean forest soil for 4 weeks (from seed)..and then fox farms growbig twice a week and since 2 days ago tiger bloom and beastie bloomz. The stalk is a thick as a quarter yet it is only 12 inches tall and it was perfectly semtrical untill I let it stretch for a day. It rarely ever grows and is often stunted, It pretty much only really grows just after it is transplanted each time for a week or so, it is not rootbound but it has healthy white roots, what is the deal with this girl? Should I transplant her again? she doesnt droop on a normal basis or anything but I have seen her drooping a few times and the leaves have this glossy look sometimes.

looks nice and healthy... just a slow grower. there are plenty of dank ass plants that veg slow. my sensi star is a good example of that.

Its been in flower for 9 days and still no sign of sex yet while all the others showed female. It is a fem seed.

not unheard of for a seed plant to take 2 weeks to show sex
