Mxing nutrients/PH

Does anyone know if you're suppose to ph the water first and then add the nutrients or add the nutrients and then ph? I am using soil/sunshine mix 4.

If you have to PH after you add the nutrients what PH level does it have to be?

My water comes out to be 7.0-7.5 distilled so i do not think i need to PH it before i add the nutrients.

Adjust the PH after you add the nutrients.

Try to keep it around 6.5-7 for soil
