you can wet the seed husk to loosen it from the cotyledon. but be very gentle when you go to remove the husk. make sure there is good light and a fan, which moves air but is not directly blowing on the seedling. also be careful not to over water. personally i think that all seedlings look pathetic, but give them some time and TLC and youll have a nice healthy plant in a couple weeks. waiting sucks but it is unavoidable.

i have fans BLASTING on my seedlings wen they come up, if it dont hurt em it helps. hes spraying too, soo over watering is a bit more difficult to have happen. but its just a funky muny maybe?

I lost power to my heater once and froze some sprouts and they looked like that. Even had the purple. None of mine made it.
Good luck hope it's a surviver.

I had a plant in my hydro system that kept doing that the first time I tried growing. It was my first time and I was really winging it, so I didn't know what to do other than leave it. It actually ended up standing on it's own and was in my opinion the best out of the bunch. I can't tell you much but I wouldn't give up on it.

look up wind sheer. i know that the fans directly on them is fine in most cases, but in this case i am trying to give the advice for this situation. i think he should keep his seedlings as stress free as possible. i dont think spraying is too important. i like to let my seedlings dry out a little, i find that this leads to a robust root system. during that first week or so when you dont see much plant growth, the root system is establishing itself.
