Looks good and 4 is a great number to start with, hope you get fems :) of course if you want to be able to grow this strain again you have 2 choices, let a male pollenate the fems (meaning you'll have seedy pot) or take clones. There are other methods of producing seeds without germinating the whole room but that's another thread :)

The look good, how close is your light? they seem a little bit stretched. They look like indica dominant judging by the broad leaves, so they should grow bush and not so stretchy if they are getting enough light

100% agree I was actually about to write the exact same thing, they lookin indica dominant cause of the leaves and stretchy for looking indica. They may be a fair mix of indica/sativa also but either way look a bit stretchy, but otherwise very healthy. Congratulations hope all goes well.

over-fed.......or maybe over-watered. see how your tips are bending down? you are killing them with love. if they are damp, let them dry out; if over-fed, stop feeding for a while. nutrient levels should rise as plant gets bigger. start off weak; 1/4 strength.

They are about 75cm away from the light, and they look bending down cuz they were asleep when i took the pics i turned on the light so i dont take the pics with flash, but am having a new problem some of the plants are having yellow spots on them 2 out the 4 i will take new pics to show u what am talking about, and btw should move them to bigger pots and add fertz or should i just keep them the way they are, judging from the internodes i dont know if i can determine the sexes but it appears that they have little hairs am gone take a pic of that to when do u guys think i should switch them to flowering?? if they are about 1 month and 18 days old

So they're almost a meter away from the light in what looks like a large open room, you should be able to get that closer without heat being an issue. I would find that happy medium of light distance that your girls like, I was suprised at how close I could get my 400w HPS and mines in a small enclosed cab, just get good fan and ventilation to move that heat if there even is any. Maybe even a car sun blocker around them to keep the light close, as for the containers there's guys on here going start to finish in beer cups. I am strong believer in as long as you give the plant what it needs when it needs it you can get away with pretty much any size, all on how you go about with the veg and training them. Wait to fert till you show us those yellow spots u speak of.

After i topped them the 2 shoots at the upper internodes grew pretty fast, but i have a couple of questions :

1- You see how the leaves are turning yellow some how, i got them close before btw to the light and as u can see in one if the pics that the leaf is burnt from the heat i do have a fan and an open window to circulate the air inside.
2- I was checking if there are any signs of sexes appearing since its been a month some people say you can determine the sex before flowering so i saw some very small balls one of them am not sure if u can see them on the 1st pics but the rest have hair like pistils not like that one. (can u judge if they are male or female?)
3- when do u think i should switch to flowering ? or just keep the vegging for another month ? whats best ?

note: the room is aprox 1.5 x 2 meters

Hey zerobong and congrats on getting this far. Now u said you burnt ur leaves cause u got too close, well the best way to help out with that is to get a inline fan and pull the hot air from your reflector BUT u need a reflector that has that option sum ppl buy ones that dont allow u to pull which IMO you shouldnt get them. cooltubes are the best way to go.

Now when it comes to the plants sex yes you can veg her for awhile and she'll show sex when she/he is mature. So u can either wait alittle more till you can fully tell sex or you can flower them and they will show sex very soon. But u said u dont know when to switch to flowering...the answer is simple, how big u want your plant to get is how long you veg here for. ex: i veg a indica plant till she is about 20 inches tall and once i flower she will get double or even triple that size.

Hold off on worrying about sex for now, When they show sex it will be very obvious and even a first time grower should be able to identify sex without having to consult others oppinions. The only time its hard to tell sex is if your trying to do so too early... the longer you wait the more obvious it will become.

dont back the light off, just get a fan blowing air on the bottom of the bulb/top of the plants
Here is how far the light is and also where my fan is placed. A question for flowering, i can flower anytime i want ?? shouldnt i waite until they are fully matured -- how do indicas need in the veg state until i switch them to flowering and can i flower them under my 400 w mh or should i switch to hps thx guys.

switching to HPS could increase your yield by at least 25%(to just make up a number really), I would suggest switching, shouldnt cost more than $30 for a 400watts HPS bulb(and probably cheaper)

I would bring the light about twice as close and maybe even a few inches closer than that, You really gotta guage it for yourself, put your hand under the bulb if its getting kinda warm your too close. Thats definately too far away and will cause your stems to continue stretching. 400Watt bulbs are not very hot compared with 600's or 1000's you'll be amazed how close you can actually get them. By kinda warm I mean... it should feel just a little bit cooler than the hot sun on a warm day, but its really just something you have to guage for yourself. the fan helps lots

You should wait until they are about 1/3 of the total height you can accomodate. When you switch to 12/12 it will induce flowering regardless of age but the plants willl also stretch to about 2 to 3 times their current height(that why you want to keep the lights close to discourage them from stretching, it is key to a big harvest).
The tighter the nodes, the more nodes you'll have, the more places bud will grow from and the higher your yields will be

BIGGER POTS, they need lots of room, go to at least 20L. dont needa veg for more than 6 weeks with a 400w in 20-30L pots, and switch to coco or perlite mix next time, need better drainage, easier for roots to move. general rule, when in grow, when the plants canopy is larger than the diameter of the pot, she could use a change. when you turn, make sure they are in a new medium and larger pots and you will benefit.
