I'm pretty sure he's growing in hash browns. That's okay, I like hash browns. On a serious note though, your plants are stretching, lower the light. Is this an AeroGarden grow? Look around the site, there have been quite a few of those you can get some tips from.

yeah those are looking quite stretched. Lower the lights if you can. Good luck man.
