Not joking one bit. Fuck them fuckwads. He shouldn't have scars to prove it. He should be having a tombstone. Mean it from the very depths of my being. Only thing worse than a CO is a CO still breathing. Worthless pos's.
Thanks for the good wishes, it's mutual!

Now im not going to lie. im not a particular fan of the babysitters in the can, but folsom is a place for real asshole. someones gotta watch em. Its not their fault. a jobs a job, and its really our bleeding heart society that forces us to babytit them.

my vote is dump all the rapists and murderers on a island surrounded by sharks. until we can do that someone has to watch all the idiots who earn their way into these places.

raw deal slowbus. there are tonnes of dirty cos. just like cops. but im glad for the 10-15% of them that do thier jobs. still wish it was legal to blast a intuder in my country. that would save alot of police time. legalizing weed would help to.

baked ramble.over..

nothing to brag about. You are scum.No way you can work in a prison for 25 years and not be as shitty as the inmates
I had a factory to run, 5 days a week. Being "shitty' to inmates ain't gonna get 20,000 plates a day made. Ask any inmate that's been to prison, about "Prison Industries". These factories are owned by the inmates, no state funds were used to buy the equipment, all self funded. Inmates defended PIA jobs as the best thing to happen to them in prison. We treated them like employees, they felt like they were out fo prison for the day.

I worked for 8 months at San Quentin State Prison as a "life skills" teacher. My students were in the reception center (which means they were marking time at SQ, waiting to move on to their final housing) and most were classified as non-violent offenders (possession charges, dui, parole violations. The "light stuff"). But on a daily basis I was in contact with inmates with various "harder" crimes (and it's not like on tv, where everyone is locked down 24/7 -- at SQ there are people moving around everywhere, going to meals, showers, jobs, appointments) and I can tell you that those guys in there were some of the nicest, most polite, and optimistic people I've ever encountered.

The CO's (correctional officers) were professional, fair, and funny -- they had my back, and they had everybody's back, trying to make a potential House of Horrors into the safest environment possible. At Christmas, one CO made homemade fudge for all his coworkers, and inmates in his housing unit! Maybe I had it easier than others, as a 30 something woman teaching in prison, :-P but I saw really positive acts, and manners abounded. Sadly, the worst stuff I saw was from a newly hired Administrator -- her beaurocratic nature, backstabbing, and complete lack of intelligece made our lives a living hell.

I totally applaud you JJ, and happy retirement. You've changed thousands of lives with your 25 years of service to a portion of society that truly needs it. Congrats!

You guys are the highest order sacks of shit I've seen in while, congrats derailing a good thread. Doublejj, Thank you for working in hostile environment and risking getting assaulted on a day to day basis, something these armchair freedom fighters can't comprehend. Someone had to do the job.

Imp, you really should know the difference between mandatory minimums and up to in legal language.

Nobody in their right mind would post a picture of their C/O badge and claim to grow weed for this many years and then ask for your pictures. This whole thing is whacky. The craziest thing is you have so many followers sticking up for you. Watch the damn video I posted people. Cultivating will get you into serious shit with State and Federal and I don't care where you are from.
I apologize I should have been more clear, I as NOT an officer, I was considered "free staff". Not everyone that works in a prison is a police officer. There are doctors & nurses & teachers & factory supervisors.

Better than you. You were at Folsom for a check that made you lower than the belly of a snake. People who work in prisons are lazy fucks that get the job so they can sit on their fat retarded asses while the slave convicts do their work. Fucking lowlife. I hope you are as miserable ad you look. Fucking waste of food space and oxygen is all you are. You smoking herb is a sacrilege. It makes me wanna puke that you are actually proud of being a lazy fuck slave driver. Wouldn't piss on your sorry ass if you were on fire. I do t give a flying fuck who doesn't like these words as you should not even be on this site you fucking soulless slob.
I can introduce you to hundreds of inmates that would argu with you, but I won't. You just don't know any better.
